Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Part-Time/Full-Time

The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. We specialize in speech therapy and work closely with children and families, focusing on helping children with communication, developmental, and behavioral challenges. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference, collaborative, and ready to provide quality care to the families we serve.

Position:

Part-Time or Full-Time BCBA

Location: Chandler, Mesa, Gilebert AZ

- Schedule: Flexible, with opportunities to work in clinic or in-home

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on assessments and client needs

- Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and other team members

- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other professionals to ensure cohesive treatment plans

- Train parents, caregivers, and staff on intervention techniques and strategies

- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports


Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting

- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred
