Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time/Full-Time
The SPEAK Center for Language and Learning is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Our clinic provides a supportive and collaborative environment where we deliver high-quality care to children with communication, developmental, and behavioral challenges. Position:
- Part-Time or Full-Time RBT, 1099 contract
- Location: Chandler, AZ
- Schedule: Flexible, with opportunities to work in-clinic or in home
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to ensure client success
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients, families, and staff
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow BCBAs’ direction
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping others succeed
