Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients are connected to therapists and that the patient experience at The SPEAK Center is positive and seamless.
Responsibilities:
- Match therapists to patients based on therapist availability.
- Maintain and manage the patient waitlist.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients seeking services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with managing the clinic's scheduling system.
- Assist with correspondence with DDD support coordinators.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical director and other team members.
- Address patient needs as they arise and provide information about our services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with learning new software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
